Review business health: Check demand, pipeline, active work, delivery quality, cash, capacity, and customer concentration; Name the most important positive evidence, risk, uncertainty, and decision; Confirm what requires a financial, legal, safety, security, or professional reviewer. Design the next week: Choose one primary outcome and the evidence that will show progress; Protect delivery, sales, administration, planning, and recovery time; Assign every material action to an owner, date, fallback, and completion condition. Reset the system: Clear or schedule loose notes, inbox items, downloads, files, and calendar commitments; Prepare the first action, required context, and working environment for the next session; Record what will stop, continue, change, delegate, or escalate next week.
