A trip planner and itinerary spreadsheet for any trip, in any currency, for up to 8 travellers. Type every plan once on the Itinerary with its date, times, place, type, booking reference and estimated cost, and the Day Sheet shows any day in time order, ready to print or share. Trip Overview gives one line per day. Bookings keeps every confirmation number, cost, who paid and free cancellation dates, and flags cancellations ending within 7 days. Costs in other currencies convert to your home currency with your own exchange rates. The Budget compares each category with what is booked and spent, Expenses records spending on the trip, and Split works out who owes who. The Dashboard shows days to go, money left, bookings still to pay and your packing and documents checklists. Works in Excel 365 and Google Sheets; share the Google Sheet with everyone on the trip.
