These Aria AI Terms (the "AI Terms") govern your use of Aria and other AI features (together, "AI Features"). They are part of, and supplement, our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict on an AI-specific point, these AI Terms control.
1 How Aria works
Aria generates text and takes actions inside your workspace at your direction — for example drafting a proposal from a brief, summarizing a meeting, or creating a task or invoice. To do this, your prompts and the specific workspace records you direct Aria to use (together, "Inputs") are sent to an AI model provider, which returns a result ("Output").
2 Your inputs and outputs
You are responsible for your Inputs and for how you use Outputs. As between you and Stelaah, you own your Inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, the Outputs generated for you. Because AI models generate responses from patterns, similar Inputs may produce similar Outputs for different users, and Outputs may not be unique to you.
3 No training on your data
We do not use Customer Content to train third-party foundation models, and our AI providers are contractually bound, as subprocessors under our DPA, not to use your Inputs or Outputs to train their models. We may use aggregated, de-identified signals to operate and improve the AI Features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4 Accuracy and human oversight
AI Features can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading Output, and may "hallucinate" facts. Output is not professional, legal, financial, or other advice. You must review Output before relying on it or sharing it, especially for documents, communications, and financial records, and you remain responsible for any action you take based on it.
5 Acceptable use of AI
Your use of AI Features must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use AI Features to generate unlawful or prohibited content, to deceive people about AI-generated content where disclosure is required, to attempt to extract another party's data or a model's training data, or to bypass safety controls. AI provider use policies also apply.
6 Choosing a provider
Where available, you can choose your AI provider — for example Claude (Anthropic) or Gemini (Google) — in your workspace settings. Your choice determines which subprocessor processes your Inputs, and that provider's applicable use terms apply in addition to these AI Terms.
7 Limits and changes
AI Features may be subject to usage limits based on your plan, and may be offered as beta features that can change or be withdrawn. We may modify, limit, or discontinue AI Features, and we may apply safeguards to protect the Services and other users.
8 Disclaimer and liability
AI Features are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties about Output and AI Feature availability, and the limitations of liability in our Terms of Service apply to your use of AI Features.
