A free attendance sheet for a class, a club, a team or a training group, in Excel and Google Sheets. Add up to 40 people once, pick the first month and the 12 month tabs set their own dates and weekdays.
Mark each day with a code: P for present, L for late, A for absent and E for excused. The Summary counts every code for each person across the year, works out their attendance rate and flags anyone below the rate you set.
Prefer paper? The printable PDF has a monthly register for 25 names and a four-week Monday to Friday register, in Letter and A4.
