Ready-to-edit Word documents for eight service trades: photographers, cleaners, event rentals, tutors, caregivers, contractors, designers and personal trainers. Each trade gets a two-page service agreement, a client intake form, an invoice and a receipt. The agreements cover services and prices, deposit and payment, changes and cancellation, liability, privacy and signatures, plus three clauses written for that trade, such as copyright for photographers, damage deposits for rentals and health checks for trainers. Prices, notice periods and the governing law are left in brackets for you to set, so they work in any country. Opens in Word, Google Docs and Pages. Templates, not legal advice: have your agreement checked by a local lawyer.
