A free action plan template that turns one goal into steps. Write the goal, why it matters, how you will measure it and the target date. Then add the steps, each with an owner, a start, a due date and a status.
Late and blocked steps turn red. The Summary shows percent done, days left, the next step due and each person's open, late and blocked steps, so a weekly check-in takes minutes.
Room for 60 steps and 12 people. Prefer paper? The fillable PDF has the plan and a page for obstacles, resources and check-ins, in Letter and A4.
