A free seating chart template for weddings, parties, galas and work dinners. In Excel, number your tables and seats, then add one row per guest with a table, an RSVP, a meal choice and any dietary needs. Seat numbers fill in, each table shows how many seats are left, and the Table plan lists every table's guests in seat order, ready to print for the venue.
The Counts tab gives RSVPs, meals and dietary needs for your caterer. Room for 30 tables and 400 guests.
