A free bookkeeping spreadsheet for small businesses, freelancers and the self-employed, in any country and any currency. Add one row for each payment in or out, pick a category and an account, and mark whether you kept the receipt. The running balance works itself out.
The Profit and loss tab shows income and expenses by category for every month and the year. The Summary shows income, expenses, net profit, profit margin and your balance, with a chart, plus how many rows are missing a receipt or have an unknown category, so tidying up before tax time is quick.
