Not sure how to split a project into a deposit and payments, or how to ask for the deposit? This free tool works out the schedule with dates and amounts, and writes the deposit invoice and email.
Enter the project total and the event or delivery date, then pick 50/50, 30/40/30 or your own split. It works out the payment schedule with dates and amounts, makes a deposit invoice PDF, and writes the polite deposit request email. No account needed.
Who it fits: Solo freelancers and agencies of 2 to 10 people who take deposits, now working them out on a calculator and typing invoices in Word or Google Docs.
