A free employee work schedule template for shops, cafes, clinics, salons and any small team on shifts. List your staff once with a role, hourly rate and the most hours each should work. On the weekly schedule, type a start and end for each shift and the hours, labour cost and day-by-day cover work themselves out. Anyone over their most hours is flagged, and night shifts that end after midnight count correctly.
The printable rota is landscape, ready to put on the staff room wall. A second page collects each person's availability and time-off requests, with sign-off.
