A free order form template for small businesses that take orders: bakers, caterers, makers, printers, florists and anyone who sells made-to-order. In Excel, list what you sell once on the Products tab, then pick items on the order form and the usual price fills in. Subtotal, discount, tax, delivery fee, order total, deposit and balance due work themselves out.
The Order log keeps one row per order, with the balance, status, what is still owed and how many orders are open. Room for 60 products and 500 orders, in any currency.
