Stelaah architecture overview
This page explains Stelaah's public product architecture at a conceptual level. It does not disclose implementation secrets or create availability, capacity, compliance, or service-level commitments.
Workspace model
A Stelaah workspace is the tenant-scoped environment for an organization's members, records, settings, and permissions. Records are associated with workspace context so authorization can be evaluated at the data boundary.
Connected records
Client, company, project, task, document, file, schedule, approval, time, and commercial records can represent different parts of the same engagement. Explicit relationships reduce the need to reconstruct context from disconnected tools.
Entity graph
The product treats business objects and their relationships as useful context. This is a conceptual entity graph, not a claim that every record type supports every relationship or query.
Tenancy and permissions
Workspace membership, roles, entitlements, and record-level rules govern access. Public security details are maintained in the security overview and security FAQ.
Automation engine
Automations connect defined triggers and actions. Reliable workflows require clear ownership, permissions, failure handling, and review for consequential operations.
AI architecture
Aria uses product-provided context to assist with supported tasks. AI access does not replace authorization. Generated output remains probabilistic and requires review. See the canonical Aria reference.
Integrations
Integrations connect external services to defined Stelaah workflows. Authentication, sync direction, supported objects, limits, and plan availability are integration-specific and must be verified.
Scalability and reliability boundaries
Stelaah is delivered as web-based SaaS. This public overview does not state an uptime guarantee, recovery objective, regional deployment promise, or capacity limit. Contractual commitments, when available, belong in the applicable agreement or status documentation.
