Build the rules. Let Stelaah notice the rest.

Automations handle the repeatable steps you choose. Suggestions quietly notice supported situations, prepare the next action, explain why it matters, and let you review it before anything consequential changes.

an automation builder showing a trigger and action

Two kinds of help, one clear record.

1

Build the rules you know

Choose a trigger, conditions, waits, and actions in the visual builder or describe the workflow to Aria.

2

Stelaah notices supported moments

When a real workspace condition matches, a calm Stelaah noticed card explains the opportunity and prepares the action.

3

Review, approve, or dismiss

See exactly what will change, edit where supported, approve in one click, snooze it, or dismiss it.

Useful follow-through, without surprise.

Rules your team controls

Build, test, activate, pause, inspect, and improve repeatable workflows without code.

Accepted estimate, prepared invoice

Stelaah can prepare a real invoice draft after an estimate is accepted. It is never sent automatically.

Overdue work, recovery prepared

When related tasks are overdue, managers can review an editable recovery plan before dates move.

Completed project, follow-up remembered

Stelaah can prepare internal testimonial and archive reminders when a project closes.

Repeated work, pattern noticed

If the same task appears across several projects, Stelaah can show the evidence and suggest building a reusable rule.

Permission and undo built in

Suggestions are opt-in, respect workspace roles, keep an audit trail, and support undo for the actions that change records.

Questions teams ask before turning it on.

Is this the same as the Automations builder?
No. Automations are rules your team deliberately creates. Suggestions notice a small set of supported conditions and prepare an action for review.
Does Stelaah silently send messages or invoices?
No. The current Suggestions system does not automatically send an invoice, email, or approval request. An accepted estimate can produce a draft invoice only after review.
Can anything run automatically?
Advanced mode is optional and narrowly limited to low-risk internal closeout tasks. Invoice drafts and deadline changes remain outside that automatic allowlist.
Where do suggestions appear?
Eligible members can see a Stelaah noticed card, Suggestions history in Settings, durable notifications, and the same pending suggestions through Aria.

Better together with the rest of the workspace.

Let the repeat work run. Let Stelaah notice what comes next.

Start with one rule, then turn on Suggestions when you want calm, reviewable help across the workspace.

Suggestions stay off until the workspace opts in. Roles, review, notifications, and undo remain part of the flow.
