- Is this the same as the Automations builder?
- No. Automations are rules your team deliberately creates. Suggestions notice a small set of supported conditions and prepare an action for review.
- Does Stelaah silently send messages or invoices?
- No. The current Suggestions system does not automatically send an invoice, email, or approval request. An accepted estimate can produce a draft invoice only after review.
- Can anything run automatically?
- Advanced mode is optional and narrowly limited to low-risk internal closeout tasks. Invoice drafts and deadline changes remain outside that automatic allowlist.
- Where do suggestions appear?
- Eligible members can see a Stelaah noticed card, Suggestions history in Settings, durable notifications, and the same pending suggestions through Aria.
