Create Your Stelaah Workspace
Create a workspace when you are setting up Stelaah for a company, a team, or yourself. The workspace is the tenant-scoped home for records, members, settings, and permissions.
Verification scope: These instructions describe the current product source. Authentication, plans, live delivery, and workspace configuration can affect results.
Purpose
This process creates an account and captures workspace identity and starting configuration. It does not purchase a paid plan. New workspaces begin on Free until billing confirms a subscription.
Before you start
- Use an email address you can access.
- Choose whether the workspace is for a company or team, or just you.
- For a company workspace, have the company name and your display name ready.
Step-by-step guide
- Open Get Started. Use the account-creation path. Returning users should use Sign in.
- Choose who the workspace is for. Select “A company or team” or “Just me.”
- Name the workspace. Enter the company name for a team workspace or your name for an individual workspace. Company workspaces also require the owner's name.
- Add optional context. Add an industry and available account information, or skip fields that are explicitly optional.
- Set up the workspace. Review the recommended starting point, accent, and identity options. A company logo and personal photo serve different purposes.
- Invite a team or continue solo. Add valid teammate email addresses, or select “I work solo.” Invited teammates start as Members. Their roles and departments can be changed after they join.
- Go to workspace. If email confirmation is required, open the confirmation link and sign in. Stelaah then claims the owned workspace and applies the validated setup.
Example
A consultant can select “Just me” and continue without invitations. An agency can enter its company and owner names, choose an industry setup, and stage team invitations.
Troubleshooting
Continue is unavailable
Enter a workspace name. Company workspaces also require the owner's name.
The workspace could not be saved
Keep the page open and retry. A failed claim remains visible and retryable.
Email confirmation is requested
Open the confirmation message, then return to Stelaah and sign in.
Permissions and limits
- Signup preferences do not grant paid entitlements.
- Authentication metadata is not an authorization source. Workspace membership and database policies enforce access.
- Invitations become memberships only after valid acceptance.
- Profile-image options are not required.
