Client Health Score

A client health score is a composite measure of a client relationship's trajectory, typically built from factors like responsiveness, payment timeliness, sentiment, scope trend, and engagement.

Example

A client whose response time has been slowly lengthening over several weeks, flagged by a health review before any explicit complaint arrives.

Why it matters

Client relationships decline gradually, not suddenly. A score built from leading indicators can surface risk weeks before a relationship visibly deteriorates, giving time to intervene.

Limits and cautions

A single number cannot capture relationship health on its own. The score is only useful alongside the underlying factors that produced it, and should prompt a conversation, not replace one.

Relevance to Stelaah

Stelaah can surface client health signals by connecting response history, payment records, and project activity where supported.

This connection describes product intent, not a guarantee that every plan or workflow supports every related capability.
