OKR
OKRs pair a qualitative Objective with a small set of measurable Key Results that define what achieving it actually looks like.
Example
An objective to "make onboarding effortless" pairs with key results like "cut time to first delivery by 30%" and "raise activation rate to 80%," each independently verifiable.
Why it matters
Attaching measurable key results to an inspiring but vague objective is what keeps the goal from staying purely aspirational.
Limits and cautions
Too many objectives at once dilutes focus; the framework works best with a small, genuinely prioritized set.
Relevance to Stelaah
Stelaah's roadmap and reporting can track progress toward a defined key result over time where that goal is set up.
