Rollback Plan
A rollback plan is a predefined way to undo a change and return to the prior known-good state if the change causes a problem.
Example
Before switching to a new pricing structure, a business keeps the old rate card and a clear process for reverting any client back to it if the new one causes disputes.
Why it matters
Having a rollback plan decided in advance means a team can act quickly and confidently if a change doesn't work out, instead of improvising under pressure.
Limits and cautions
Not every change is cleanly reversible; a rollback plan needs to be honest about what can and can't actually be undone.
Relevance to Stelaah
Stelaah's settings and change history can make it possible to reverse a configuration change where that capability is supported.
