Client Lifecycle
Client lifecycle is the full sequence a client relationship moves through, from first contact to eventual renewal or offboarding.
Example
A signed proposal that stays linked to the delivery project and, later, the renewal conversation, rather than existing as three disconnected records.
Why it matters
Treating the client relationship as one continuous lifecycle, rather than disconnected sales and delivery phases, is what keeps context from being lost at each transition.
Limits and cautions
The lifecycle does not end at delivery. Renewal and offboarding are part of the same lifecycle, not separate, unrelated processes.
